It has been reported that Manchester United boss Sir Alex Ferguson is ready to sell Michael Carrick at the end of the season.The Sun says the ex-Spurs star has just 18 months left on his contract and there are no plans to offer him a new one.
Ferguson currently sees no problem with the former Tottenham midfielder leaving the club as he considers Darren Fletcher, 26, and Anderson, 24, as his central midfield partnership of the future.
